If you are an organization employing 5 or more employees the Health and Safety information on this DVD will help you to satisfy your legal obligations,

that safe systems of work prevail in the work place.

and/or organization could be open to unlimited compensation claims. In addition the HSE and/or other enforcing authorities have the power to serve a
prohibition or improvement notice on your organisation as well, that could jeopardise your operational ability to function profitably. Ignorance is no
excuse in the eyes of the law. Also the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 now stipulates that if corporations are found guilty of
a Breach of Duty of Care or a Gross Breach of Duty of Care that unlimited fines can be imposed with the possibility of a Publicity Order being imposed.
