actually relate to either.

What you will get:
Look no further - it is all here:
If you are an organization employing 5 or more employees the Health and Safety information on this DVD will help you to satisfy your legal obligations,
such as for example…..…

· Writing a policy document and notifying all employees of its contents.
· Carrying out risk assessments of all work areas, including fire safety and evacuation procedures, putting control measures in place and making sure
that safe systems of work prevail in the work place.
· Raising a Health and Safety committee if 2 or more Health and Safety representatives request it etc.

If you get it wrong and preventable and reportable accidents occur, or short or long-term industrial diseases occur, and you have not taken preventative
documented measures to meet your legal Health and Safety obligations, then in its extreme when the HSE and/or other enforcing authorities come to
visit  - under Criminal Law (Magistrates Court) - a ‘Responsible Person’ could be fined up to £20,000 and imprisoned for up to 6 months, or through a
(Crown Court) up to 2 years imprisonment together with an unlimited fine. Under Civil Law (County or High Court) however the ‘Responsible Person’
and/or organization could be open to unlimited compensation claims. In addition the HSE and/or other enforcing authorities have the power to serve a
prohibition or improvement notice on your organisation as well, that could jeopardise your operational ability to function profitably. Ignorance is no
excuse in the eyes of the law. Also the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 now stipulates that if corporations are found guilty of
a Breach of Duty of Care or a Gross Breach of Duty of Care that unlimited fines can be imposed with the possibility of a Publicity Order being imposed.
Get it wrong and it will cost you and your company more than money.
These DVDs will help to make sure that you meet all of your statutory Health and Safety obligations.
